At OTTOBRE design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unwashed, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
