What is included in an OTTOBRE design magazine subscription?
A subscription includes four issues of OTTOBRE design kids and/or two issues of OTTOBRE design woman per year, delivered directly to your door. Each issue features 35-40 trendy designs with full-scale patterns and detailed sewing instructions.
Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer both standard postal delivery and tracked express options.
Are the sewing patterns suitable for beginners?
Our patterns range from basic 'easy' projects to more complex designs. Each pattern includes a difficulty rating and step-by-step instructions. We recommend beginners start with our jersey basics.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various regional digital payment methods depending on your shipping country.
Can I return a digital pattern or a magazine?
Due to the nature of the product, digital patterns are non-refundable once downloaded. Physical magazines can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original, unopened condition.
Are the seam allowances included in the patterns?
No, OTTOBRE design patterns do not include seam allowances unless otherwise stated in the specific pattern instructions. This allows you to choose your preferred seam width for different finishing techniques.
